James O’Shea
James began working at McGuinty Law Offices in 2022. After completing his articles with the firm, he now practices in the areas of Business Law, Wills/Powers of Attorney, and Estates.
James obtained his J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2020, and later enrolled in the National Program at the University of Ottawa where he obtained his LL.L. in 2021. James was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. Prior to his legal studies, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science from McGill University.
Originally from Montréal, James is fluent in English and French and currently practices in both languages.
