Sarah Peiris
Sarah Peiris is a corporate and commercial lawyer with more than 14 years of
experience advising entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, and private
corporations on a wide range of business matters.
Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including incorporations,
professional corporations, corporate reorganizations, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial contracts, corporate governance, business succession planning, and the purchase and sale of businesses through share and asset transactions. Sarah advises clients at every stage of the business lifecycle, from starting and growing a business to succession planning and business sales.
In addition to her corporate and commercial practice, Sarah assists individuals and families with wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, and estate administration.
